Hotel Sales Manager



As a Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel located in La Condamine. You will establish and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and other key accounts to secure business for the hotel. This role requires a highly motivated individual with exceptional communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase hotel revenue
- Identify and target potential corporate clients, travel agents, and other key accounts
- Build strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Respond to client inquiries and negotiate contracts to secure business for the hotel
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
- Monitor competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret data to inform sales strategies
- Knowledge of local market trends and industry best practices
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus)
- Must be able to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: $1000 per month
