Architecture Manager


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to lead our team in Greenland. As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural process, from initial design to construction. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet all necessary quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of architects and designers
- Oversee the development of architectural plans and designs
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines
- Review and approve project budgets and expenses
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and address any issues that may arise
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects on the team

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture management
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Salary: $1200 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Greenland (open to all nationalities)
