Our industrial painting company in Nairobi is seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. We specialize in providing high-quality painting services for various industrial projects and are looking for a talented individual who can help us achieve our goals.

As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces for painting, applying paint using various techniques, and ensuring that the end result meets quality standards. You will also be expected to maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhere to all safety protocols, and work efficiently to meet project deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience as an Industrial Painter, with a strong understanding of different types of paints and their properties. They should also be familiar with safety procedures when working with paints and other chemicals. Prior experience in industrial settings such as factories or warehouses is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, or priming
- Apply paint using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, or brushing
- Ensure that paint is applied evenly and meets quality standards
- Clean and maintain painting equipment
- Follow safety protocols when working with paints and chemicals
- Work efficiently to meet project deadlines
- Communicate with team members to ensure smooth workflow

Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as an Industrial Painter
- Knowledge of different types of paints and their properties
- Familiarity with safety procedures when working with paints and chemicals
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1500 per month. The job does not require English proficiency, making it suitable for non-native speakers.
