Sales Manager - Al-Malikiyah, Syria



We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Al-Malikiyah, Syria. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company objectives
- Identify and target potential clients through market research and networking
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Lead sales team to achieve targets and provide coaching and training as needed
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services
- Stay updated on industry developments, product innovations, and best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and develop team members
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Ability to travel as needed for client meetings or industry events

Preferences:
- Prior experience in the sales industry in Syria or the Middle East region
- Knowledge of local market trends, customs, and cultural norms
- Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken)
