Our company is a leading industrial painting company in Pula, Croatia, specializing in providing high-quality painting services for various industrial structures and equipment. We are currently seeking skilled and experienced Industrial Painters to join our team.

As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint coatings to various industrial structures, including pipelines, tanks, and machinery. You will work closely with our team of painters to ensure that all painting projects are completed to the highest standards.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Industrial Painter
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and materials used in industrial settings
- Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
- Attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Valid work permit for Croatia (preferably Indian nationality)
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers as needed
- Mix paints according to instructions and apply them using various techniques (spraying, rolling, brushing)
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed at all times
- Keep track of paint inventory and report any shortages or damages
- Communicate with clients regarding project progress and address any concerns or issues
- Maintain a clean working environment and ensure all tools are properly maintained
