An industrial painting company in Pula is seeking an experienced Industrial Painter to join our team. We are looking for a skilled individual with at least 2 years of experience in industrial painting and sandblasting. This is a contract position with the possibility of permanent employment for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming
- Apply paint or coating using various techniques such as spraying, rolling, or brushing
- Mix and match paint to achieve desired color and texture
- Use specialized equipment such as airless and conventional spray guns
- Follow safety protocols and wear protective gear at all times
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisor

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial painting and sandblasting
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good understanding of different types of paint, coatings, and surface preparation techniques
- Familiarity with various tools and equipment used in industrial painting
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods of time, lift heavy objects, and work at heights when necessary

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with corrosive resistant paints or coatings is a plus
- Familiarity with different types of blasting media (sand, shot, grit) is an asset
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to industrial painting
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings
