Office Manager
We are in search of a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in an office management role and must be fluent in Nepali. This is a part-time position with a salary of $1000 per month.
As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth operation of our office. Your duties will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining office supplies, and supervising support staff.
To excel in this role, you must have exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to work well under pressure. You should also possess strong communication and interpersonal skills as you will be interacting with various departments within the company as well as external clients.
As this is a Nepali-speaking office, fluency in both written and spoken Nepali is essential. Proficiency in English would also be preferred but not required.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to gain experience in office management or looking for a part-time job while pursuing other interests. We welcome candidates without prior experience as long as they are willing to learn and have a positive attitude.
