Factory Machine Operator

Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Mombasa. This full-time position offers a competitive salary of 1200$ per month and visa sponsorship for international candidates.

Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain various factory machines according to standard operating procedures
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with the machines in a timely manner
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance on machines as needed
- Keep track of inventory levels and report any shortages or defects
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent, technical training is an asset
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating factory machines in a manufacturing setting
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to machine operation
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English
