We are seeking a skilled and experienced Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Mombasa. This position is suitable for men who have experience operating factory machines and are able to communicate effectively in English. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong technical skills. This role offers a salary of 1400$ and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Operate factory machines according to established procedures and safety guidelines
- Monitor machine operations to ensure production is running smoothly
- Troubleshoot any issues with the machines and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Follow all quality control measures to ensure products meet company standards
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Keep accurate records of production and machine maintenance

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a factory machine operator
- Strong technical skills and ability to troubleshoot issues with machinery
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and written
- Physically fit and able to stand for long periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends if required

Preferred:
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
- Knowledge of different types of factory machinery
- Previous experience with quality control measures
