Customer Service Representative
We are a Canadian rental company looking for a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team in Eldoret. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, handling inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise. As a representative of our company, you will also be responsible for promoting our services and maintaining positive relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to emails from customers
- Providing information about our rental services, rates, and policies
- Assisting customers with booking reservations and processing payments
- Handling complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction
- Promoting our services through upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (French proficiency is an asset)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-focused approach
- Previous experience in customer service or the rental industry is preferred but not required
