Rental Operations Coordinator


Our rental company, located in Eldoret, is seeking a Rental Operations Coordinator to join our team. This is a full-time position that requires experience in the rental industry and fluency in English. We welcome all nationalities to apply, but preference will be given to Indian candidates.

As the Rental Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our rental business. This includes coordinating rental bookings, managing inventory levels, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for training and supervising rental staff and maintaining rental equipment.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of the rental industry and excellent communication skills. Prior experience in a similar role is required. We are open to considering freshers who are eager to learn and have a passion for the rental business.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate all rental bookings and ensure they are entered accurately into our system
- Monitor inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to meet demand
- Train and supervise rental staff to ensure high-quality customer service
- Maintain and repair rental equipment as needed
- Communicate with customers regarding their rentals and address any concerns or issues that may arise
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed when renting out equipment
- Keep accurate records of rentals, including invoicing and payment collection

Requirements:
- Previous experience in the rental industry is required
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Physical ability to lift heavy objects as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.
