Job Title: Architectural Designer (Part-Time)


We are seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Designer to join our team in Mauren. As a Part-Time Designer, you will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for various architectural projects. Responsibilities:

- Develop detailed architectural plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models

- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and regulations
- Communicate effectively with project team members and stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in architectural design
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design software
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of building codes and regulations

Salary: $1200 per month (based on experience)
