We are in need of a skilled Finisher to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As a Finisher, your main responsibility will be to apply finishes and coatings to various surfaces, such as wood, metal, and plastic. You will also be responsible for ensuring that the finished product meets quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by cleaning, sanding, and filling any imperfections
- Select and mix appropriate finishes and coatings based on project requirements
- Apply finishes using various techniques, such as spraying, brushing, or dipping
- Ensure even coverage and smooth finish by monitoring application process
- Use tools and equipment such as sanders, sprayers, and brushes safely and efficiently
- Follow safety procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Inspect finished products for quality assurance and make any necessary touch-ups or adjustments
- Keep work area clean and organized to maintain a safe and efficient working environment

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Finisher or similar role in the construction or manufacturing industry
- Knowledge of different types of finishes, coatings, and their application techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions accurately
- Attention to detail with a strong eye for quality control
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods of time and perform repetitive tasks
- Good hand-eye coordination and dexterity for handling tools and equipment effectively
- Knowledge of safety regulations pertaining to the use of chemicals and equipment
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work overtime when needed

Salary: 1100$
