Job Title: Temporary Executive Chef in Lahore

As a temporary Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations of our restaurant in Lahore. You will be expected to create delicious and innovative dishes, manage kitchen staff, and maintain high standards of food quality and sanitation. This is a temporary position with accommodation provided and visa sponsorship available for all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan menus and create new dishes to meet customer preferences and dietary restrictions
- Train and supervise kitchen staff, including cooks, sous chefs, and other kitchen workers
- Ensure that all food is prepared to the highest standards of quality and presentation
- Monitor food costs and maintain inventory levels to stay within budget
- Implement proper sanitation practices in the kitchen to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Collaborate with management on seasonal menu changes, special events, and catering opportunities
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into menu offerings

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a reputable restaurant or hotel
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor kitchen staff
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely preparation of meals while maintaining high quality standards
- Creativity in developing new dishes while also being able to execute classic recipes flawlessly
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Degree or certification in Culinary Arts or related field preferred

We offer competitive compensation of 1000$ per month for this temporary position. Accommodation will be provided during your employment with us. We also offer visa sponsorship for all nationalities.
