Executive Chef - Lahore, Pakistan



We are currently hiring an experienced and passionate Executive Chef for a contract position in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent culinary abilities, and a creative mindset to lead our kitchen team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation and production in the kitchen
- Develop menus and create new dishes that cater to different tastes and dietary needs
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
- Manage inventory levels and ensure proper storage and rotation of ingredients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a reputable restaurant or hotel
- Extensive knowledge of international cuisine and cooking techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new menu items that appeal to customers
- Knowledge of food cost control, budgeting, and inventory management
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
