Office Manager Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager Assistant to join our team in Alta, Norway. As the Office Manager Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting our office operations and ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day functioning. Your duties will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings and events, handling correspondence, maintaining office supplies and equipment, and assisting with administrative tasks as needed. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in an office environment, strong communication and time-management skills, and the ability to work independently. This is a great opportunity for a student or someone looking to gain experience in an office setting. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1400 per month. Accommodation is not provided for this role. If you are organized, proactive, and have a passion for administration, we would love to have you on our team!
