Experienced Baker in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia


Our bakery in Riyadh is seeking an experienced Baker to join our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. You must have previous experience working in a bakery and have a strong knowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients. This is a contract position with the possibility of extension based on performance.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes
- Measure and mix ingredients accurately to ensure consistency in quality
- Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, and proofing boxes
- Decorate baked goods using icing, glazes, or other toppings as needed
- Ensure all products are properly labeled and packaged for display or sale
- Clean and maintain work area and equipment according to sanitation standards
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust cooking times as needed for different products
- Receive orders from customers and provide excellent customer service

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Baker in a bakery or restaurant setting
- Knowledge of different baking techniques and ingredients
- Ability to read, understand, and follow recipes accurately
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1200$ per month along with accommodation.

Location:
This position is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Preference will be given to Canadian citizens or foreigners with valid work permits. No English language proficiency is required for this position.
