Instrument Technician

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Instrument Technician to join our team in Nairobi. As an Instrument Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of complex instrumentation systems and equipment. This includes troubleshooting issues, performing regular inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1000 per month and accommodation provided. Biometric passport is required. Women are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Install new instrumentation systems according to specifications
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on existing systems
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues that arise
- Calibrate instruments for accuracy
- Perform electrical and mechanical repairs as needed
- Keep detailed records of all work performed
- Comply with safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Instrument Technician or similar role
- Technical degree or certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of instrumentation systems and equipment
- Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Physically fit and able to work in various environmental conditions
- Biometric passport required
