Architectural Technologist - Moscow

As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing technical designs for architectural projects in Moscow. This includes producing detailed drawings, preparing specifications, and ensuring that all designs meet building regulations and standards. You will also be involved in site inspections and collaborating with other professionals such as architects, engineers, and contractors.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of building construction techniques and materials, as well as excellent technical drafting skills. You must also have experience using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create precise and accurate drawings. Attention to detail and the ability to work independently are essential qualities for this position.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to produce technical designs for architectural projects
- Create detailed drawings using CAD software based on project requirements
- Prepare specifications for materials and construction methods
- Ensure all designs comply with building regulations and standards
- Conduct site inspections to ensure construction adheres to design plans
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on project progress
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, technology advancements, and building codes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Strong understanding of building construction techniques and materials
- Excellent technical drafting skills
- Knowledge of building regulations and codes in Moscow is preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
