Solar Installation Technician



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Solar Installation Technician to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining solar panels and related equipment for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in solar installation, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

- Install solar panels and related equipment on various types of roofs
- Perform wiring, conduit runs, and other electrical tasks as needed
- Conduct site surveys to determine optimal panel placement and wiring routes
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing installations
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards
- Maintain accurate records of materials used and work completed
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers

Requirements:

- Minimum of 2 years experience in solar installation or a related field
- Experience working with electrical systems preferred
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to solar installation
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license required
