Locksmith Technician/Engineer


We are in need of a skilled and experienced Locksmith Technician/Engineer to join our team in Karachi. As a Locksmith, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various types of locks and security systems for residential, commercial, and industrial properties.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and repair mechanical and electronic locks for doors, windows, safes, and other entry points.
- Create new keys or duplicate existing ones using key-cutting machines.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with locks and security systems.
- Recommend suitable security solutions based on client needs.
- Install and maintain access control systems, including keypads, card readers, and biometric readers.
- Keep accurate records of all work performed and materials used.
- Respond to emergency lockouts promptly and efficiently.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in lock technology.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. Vocational training or certification in locksmithing is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a locksmith or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of different types of locks and security systems.
- Proficient in using key-cutting machines, hand tools, power tools, etc.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Good physical stamina as the job may involve standing for long periods of time, bending, lifting heavy objects, etc.
