We are in search of a skilled and friendly waiter/waitress to join our team at a fine dining restaurant in Funchal, Portugal. As a waiter/waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their dining experience is memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests in a timely and friendly manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide recommendations on menu items and daily specials
- Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately
- Check on guests throughout their meal to ensure satisfaction
- Handle any guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution
- Process payments using POS system and handle cash transactions accurately
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling guidelines

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a waiter/waitress or similar role in a fine dining establishment preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide top-notch customer service
- Knowledge of food and beverage menus, including wine pairings
- Familiarity with POS systems for order taking and payment processing
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25lbs
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Must have own visa/permit to work in Portugal

Salary: $1000 per month (plus tips)
