As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures in the United States. Your main goal will be to create functional, efficient, and visually appealing spaces that meet the needs of our clients. You will work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

To excel in this role, you should have a strong understanding of industrial building techniques and materials, as well as an eye for detail and creativity. You must also possess excellent project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their functional requirements for industrial buildings
- Develop detailed drawings and specifications for construction projects
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented correctly
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to coordinate project tasks
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in building materials and techniques
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural design software
- Strong knowledge of industrial building techniques and materials
- Excellent project management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
