Restaurant Manager (Malayalee Preferred)

We are excited to welcome a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Al Buraymi. As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing and training staff, creating and executing marketing strategies, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and a passion for the food and beverage industry. Malayalee candidates are preferred for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including customer service, food preparation, and inventory management
- Train and manage staff to deliver exceptional service to customers
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely ordering of supplies
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment while adhering to health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular staff meetings to discuss performance goals, provide feedback, and address any concerns or issues
- Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Prepare work schedules for staff based on business needs
- Manage budgeting for the restaurant including tracking expenses, forecasting revenue, and making financial decisions to maximize profits

Requirements:
- Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is required
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team
- Strong understanding of food safety standards
- Proven track record of driving sales growth through effective marketing strategies
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Malayalee nationality is preferred
