Construction Manager


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee our projects in Wiltz. As a Construction Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising all aspects of the construction process, from budgeting to completion. Your main goal will be to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and timelines, and ensure they are adhered to
- Manage project budgets and expenses
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met
- Hire and manage construction workers and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates and changes
- Prepare progress reports for upper management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent leadership skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure

Salary: 1400$
Location: Wiltz (Preference for candidates currently residing in or willing to relocate to Wiltz)
Nationality: Indian (Preference)
