A reputable floral shop in Nakuru is seeking a skilled and creative Florist to join our team. As a Florist, you will be responsible for creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions such as weddings, funerals, and holidays. You will also assist customers in selecting the perfect flowers and plants for their needs.

Responsibilities:
- Design and create beautiful floral arrangements
- Care for and maintain the freshness of flowers
- Assist customers in selecting the appropriate flowers and plants
- Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
- Keep track of orders and ensure timely delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Create custom arrangements based on customer requests
- Stay up to date with current trends in the floral industry

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a florist or in a similar role
- Knowledge of different types of flowers, plants, and greenery
- Creativity and an eye for design
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Physical ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects if needed
