Job Title: Architectural Designer



As an Architectural Designer, you will be responsible for creating and designing plans, layouts, and drawings for buildings and structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and preferences and translate them into functional and aesthetically appealing designs. Your expertise in utilizing computer-aided design (CAD) software will be crucial in developing accurate and detailed blueprints.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Design building plans that meet client's needs, building codes, safety regulations, and aesthetic standards
- Utilize CAD software to create detailed drawings of floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
- Present design concepts to clients and make adjustments based on their feedback
- Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure designs are feasible and compliant with regulations
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Ability to interpret technical drawings
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
- Attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills

Location: Lahore (candidates from all nationalities are welcome)
Salary: 1500$ per month without accommodation
