Temporary Barista in Oslo


We are in search of a skilled and passionate temporary Barista to join our team in Oslo. As a Barista, you will be responsible for creating and serving high-quality coffee beverages, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our guests. This is a temporary position with accommodation provided.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks according to company standards
- Ensure quality control and consistency in drink preparations
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and making recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar area
- Monitor inventory levels and restock supplies as needed
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Follow all health and safety guidelines

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of different brewing methods, latte art, and specialty drinks is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays if needed
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 30 pounds

Qualifications:
This position is open to recent graduates or individuals seeking temporary employment. We welcome applicants from all nationalities who are legally eligible to work in Norway. However, preference will be given to candidates with prior experience in the food and beverage industry.

Salary:
The salary for this temporary Barista position is 1000$ per week.
