Contract Baker (Alta, Norway)



We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Contract Baker to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Contract Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods for our clients on a contractual basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for baking and an eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to recipes and client specifications
- Ensure all products are consistently of high quality and meet food safety standards
- Keep track of inventory and place orders for ingredients as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes and improve existing ones
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their needs are met

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Baker or similar role
- Knowledge of different baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to follow recipes accurately and make adjustments as needed
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene
- Good communication skills in English (Norwegian is a plus)
- Must have your own visa/permit to work in Norway
