Entry-Level Baker in Monte-Carlo
We are offering an exciting opportunity for an entry-level Baker to join our team in Monte-Carlo. As a baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods. This is a contract position with a salary of $1200 per month.
Requirements:
- No prior experience required
- Must have a biometric passport
- Willing to work in Monte-Carlo without accommodation
- Passion for baking and willingness to learn new techniques and recipes
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
Responsibilities:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings according to established recipes and techniques
- Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, ovens, proofing cabinets, etc.
- Monitor product quality during baking process and make adjustments as needed
- Decorate and finish baked goods with precision and attention to detail
- Maintain cleanliness of work area and equipment at all times
- Follow all food safety regulations
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Culinary or baking/pastry arts degree or certification is a plus
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed
