Motion Graphics Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Motion Graphics Designer to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging and dynamic animations for various projects. You will work closely with the design and marketing teams to bring concepts to life through motion graphics that effectively communicate the desired message.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create motion graphics for various projects such as videos, presentations, and social media
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to understand project objectives and create visually appealing animations
- Use animation software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D to create high-quality motion graphics
- Edit existing videos by adding motion graphics elements
- Conceptualize and storyboard ideas for motion graphics projects
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of motion graphics produced
- Work within tight deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality of work

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or similar role
- Proficient in animation software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Cinema 4D
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in motion graphics design
- Excellent understanding of composition, typography, color theory, and other design principles
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in creating 2D/3D character animations
- Familiarity with video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere Pro
- Knowledge of HTML5/CSS3 for web animation is a plus
