Motion Graphics Designer

We are seeking a talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our creative team in Al-Rayyan. As a Motion Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging animations and graphics for various media platforms. You should have a strong understanding of design principles and be proficient in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.

Responsibilities:
- Develop original concepts and designs for motion graphics projects
- Create 2D/3D animations, kinetic typography, and visual effects
- Collaborate with the creative team to meet client requirements and deadlines
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to constantly improve the quality of work
- Ensure all projects are delivered on time while maintaining high-quality standards

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Motion Graphics Designer or similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator
- Strong portfolio showcasing your motion graphics work
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills

Preferred:
- Experience working on projects for Indian or Pakistani markets
- Fluency in English (speaking and writing)
- Experience working with accommodation arrangements for employees from other countries
