Our welding company in Nizwa is seeking skilled Welders to join our team. As a Welder, you will be responsible for using specialized equipment to join metal parts, fabricating and repairing metal structures, and interpreting blueprints and schematics.

Key Responsibilities:
- Use various welding techniques such as SMAW, MIG, and TIG to join metal parts according to specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings
- Inspect welds to ensure they meet quality standards and make necessary repairs
- Fabricate and repair metal structures including pipes, containers, and supports
- Follow all safety protocols and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
- Maintain welding equipment and ensure it is in good working condition
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects efficiently

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Proven experience as a Welder or similar role
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with various welding techniques such as SMAW, MIG, and TIG
- Knowledge of safety protocols when working with welding equipment
- Physical stamina to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Attention to detail
- Good communication skills
