We are seeking a skilled and experienced Barber to join our team in Albena, Bulgaria. As a Barber, you will be responsible for providing hair cutting, styling, and grooming services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and consult with them to determine their hair care needs
- Provide hair cutting, styling, and grooming services with precision and attention to detail
- Suggest suitable styles and treatments based on clients' preferences and hair type
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Sterilize equipment and tools after each use to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Keep up-to-date with current trends and techniques in the barbering industry
- Handle cash transactions for services rendered and maintain accurate records of sales
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Barber with excellent technical skills in cutting, styling, and grooming techniques
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Barber in a similar setting
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen to clients' needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Attention to detail and creativity in delivering unique hairstyles for each client
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high quality standards
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends
