We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Jerusalem. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maximizing profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and train restaurant staff, including waiters, chefs, and kitchen assistants
- Create schedules and assign duties to ensure efficient operation and excellent customer service
- Monitor food quality and presentation to maintain high standards
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues to ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversee inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs
- Plan and implement promotional events or special menus to attract customers
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, inventory management, and cost control procedures
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Degree in Business Administration or relevant field is preferred
