We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee our construction projects in Jerusalem, Israel. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing all aspects of the construction process, from budgeting and scheduling to ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure timely completion within budget constraints
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the construction process, including hiring and supervising subcontractors and suppliers
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure progress is on track and quality standards are being met
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met
- Monitor project expenses and make adjustments as needed to stay within budget
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment for all workers
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issues that may arise

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Construction Project Manager
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple construction projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical specifications
- Proficiency in project management software

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This position is located in Jerusalem, Israel. Candidates from Canada or Kenya who meet the qualifications are encouraged to apply.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is required for this position.

Experience Requirements:
Prior experience as a Construction Project Manager is required for this position.
