Resort Manager

We are hiring a Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxurious resort in Medina. As the Resort Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of quality and customer service while managing the resort's staff and resources.

Your main duties will include managing all aspects of the resort, such as front desk operations, housekeeping, food and beverage services, and recreational activities. You will also be responsible for setting and achieving financial goals, maintaining budgetary guidelines, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience in hospitality management and possess strong leadership skills. You must also have excellent communication skills to effectively interact with guests and staff from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the resort's daily operations
- Develop and implement policies to ensure efficient operation of the resort
- Manage front desk operations to ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes
- Coordinate with housekeeping department to maintain clean and well-maintained guest rooms
- Monitor food and beverage services to ensure high-quality standards are maintained
- Plan and organize recreational activities for guests
- Set financial goals and monitor budgetary guidelines to meet profitability targets
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff members
- Address any guest concerns or complaints in a timely manner
- Maintain positive relationships with guests by providing exceptional customer service

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
- Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality management role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team
- Strong communication skills in English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Knowledge of reservation systems is a plus
