Sales Manager - Vilnius, Lithuania
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team in Vilnius. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through effective management of the sales team and developing strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Manage, train and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet their individual and team goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and provide exceptional customer service
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer needs to identify potential areas for growth
- Prepare sales reports and forecast projections for senior management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Sales Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Nepali language is an advantage)
- Must be willing to work on contract basis with own visa status
- Accommodation will be provided by the company
