Master Body Repair Technician

We are currently hiring for a Master Body Repair Technician to join our team in Malindi. As a Master Body Repair Technician, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. This role requires prior experience in body repair and a strong attention to detail. You must also have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect vehicles and identify damage
- Determine the best course of action for repairs
- Remove damaged parts and replace or repair as needed
- Use specialized tools and equipment to complete repairs
- Sand, buff, and paint repaired areas to match the rest of the vehicle
- Ensure all repairs are completed accurately and within designated time frames
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and timelines
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary supplies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in body repair
- Knowledge of vehicle mechanics, electrical systems, and computer diagnostics
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Excellent time management skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
