Body Repair Master



The Body Repair Master will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles and restoring them to their original condition. This position will require a high level of expertise in body repair and experience in working with various types of vehicles. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect damaged vehicles and determine the extent of repairs needed
- Perform body repair work, including straightening panels, welding, sanding, and painting
- Replace damaged parts as needed
- Ensure all repairs are done accurately and in a timely manner
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary parts
- Communicate with customers about repairs and provide estimates
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of body repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills for interacting with customers and team members
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Education/Training:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Additional training or certification in body repair is preferred.

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is located in Malindi, Kenya.

Nationality/Residence Preference:
Preference will be given to Indian candidates who are currently residing in Malindi or willing to relocate.

Employment Type:
This is a contract position with the potential for permanent employment based on performance.

A valid biometric passport is required for this position.
