We are in need of a skilled and experienced Temporary Barista to join our team at a busy coffee shop in Faro, Portugal. This is a temporary position with the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, as well as light snacks and pastries. You must have excellent customer service skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista
- Experience working in a busy coffee shop or café
- Knowledge of various brewing methods and latte art
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages according to company standards
- Operate coffee equipment such as espresso machines, grinders, etc.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area at all times
- Handle cash transactions and maintain an accurate cash register
- Assist with stocking supplies when needed
