A well-established construction company in Remish is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. This position is open to both Canadian and foreign candidates, as long as they have a strong command of the English language. The ideal candidate will also be provided with accommodation.

As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing, erecting, installing, and repairing structures and fixtures made from wood, plywood, and wallboard. You will work closely with our project managers and other tradespeople to ensure the timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials using rulers, squares, or other measuring tools
- Cut and shape materials using hand or power tools
- Install structures such as windows, frames, floorings, trim moldings, doors, hardware and hardware fittings
- Fit and install prefabricated window frames or doors in openings
- Inspect work progress to ensure conformance to specifications and building codes
- Maintain a safe working environment by following company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Carpenter or similar role (minimum of 2 years)
- Excellent knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods including framing, roofing, finishing etc.
- Ability to read technical documents and drawings
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions
- Physical strength and stamina
- Good communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- High school diploma or equivalent

Salary: 1600$ per month
