Computer Support Specialist


We are hiring a Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Remish. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will provide technical assistance to clients and customers experiencing computer hardware or software issues. You will troubleshoot and resolve problems via phone, email, or in person, and provide timely and accurate solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with computer hardware and software
- Provide support via phone, email, or in person
- Communicate technical solutions in a clear and concise manner
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or team member
- Install and configure computer systems, peripherals, and software
- Maintain accurate records of all support requests and resolutions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Knowledge of computer systems, hardware, software, and networking
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Customer-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Diploma or degree in Information Technology or related field preferred
Salary for this position is 1600$ per month with potential for growth. This is a contract job open to all nationalities. No English language skills are required as long as the candidate has fluency in their native language.
