Construction Project Manager
The Construction Project Manager will oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This role will be based in Beer-Sheva and will require working with a diverse team, including local and international employees.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and make necessary adjustments
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
- Manage project budget, including tracking expenses and negotiating contracts
- Supervise on-site construction activities to ensure quality workmanship and timely completion
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in project management software
- Fluency in English (Hebrew is a plus)
Salary: $900 per month
