Guest Services Concierge


The Guest Services Concierge will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to hotel guests. This individual will assist guests with their needs and requests, provide recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, and ensure that all guest inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information to guests regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and transportation options
- Handle guest requests such as room service orders, wake-up calls, and housekeeping services
- Resolve any guest complaints or concerns in a professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of current events, concerts, and activities in the surrounding area to make recommendations to guests
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations for guests
- Keep lobby area clean and presentable at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or related field is preferred
- Proven experience in customer service or hospitality industry
- Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Customer-oriented mindset with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Familiarity with the local area and attractions is preferred
