Sales Manager (Contract) - Multan, Pakistan
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Multan, Pakistan. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and directing the sales team to achieve sales targets and increase revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop relationships with potential clients
- Plan and attend client meetings, presentations, and events to promote company products/services
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback to the management team
- Collaborate with other departments (such as marketing, finance, and operations) to ensure seamless execution of sales plans
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the sales industry
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies accordingly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Fluency in English; knowledge of local languages is a plus
Working Conditions:
This is a contract job with a salary of $1600 per month. The selected candidate will be responsible for obtaining their own visa. Women are encouraged to apply.
