Senior Architect - Gujrat, India

As a Senior Architect in our firm, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the design and construction process of various projects. You will collaborate with clients, engineers, and other architects to create functional and aesthetically pleasing structures. Your duties will include creating project proposals, developing detailed plans and blueprints, coordinating with contractors and vendors, and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on schedule. Additionally, you will provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and assist in their professional development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent project management skills, and a passion for design. This is a contract position located in Gujrat, India with a salary of $1400 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and goals
- Develop project proposals including budget estimations
- Create detailed plans and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure materials are delivered on time
- Oversee the construction process to ensure projects are completed according to plans
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects
- Attend meetings with clients, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Conduct site visits for inspections during the construction process
- Ensure all projects adhere to building codes and regulations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Architect or similar role
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
