Florist Assistant

We are searching for a talented and enthusiastic Florist Assistant to join our team in Lisbon. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and plants, with previous experience in a similar role preferred. As a Florist Assistant, you will work closely with our Head Florist to create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions, including weddings, events, and everyday orders. Your responsibilities will include processing and arranging flowers, maintaining inventory, assisting customers with their orders, and ensuring the overall smooth operation of the flower shop. This is a part-time position with flexible hours and the opportunity for growth within our company.

Requirements:
- Passion for flowers and plants
- Previous experience in a similar role (preferred)
- Creative eye for design
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with their orders, providing excellent customer service
- Process and arrange flowers according to customer requests or specific occasions
- Maintain inventory of flowers and supplies
- Keep the flower shop clean and organized at all times
- Assist in preparing floral arrangements for weddings, events, or other special occasions
- Help with deliveries as needed
- Learn about new flower trends and techniques from the Head Florist
- Collaborate with the team to create unique floral designs that exceed customer expectations
