As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees to ensure efficient and effective operations. Your role will include providing guidance and support to team members, setting performance goals, and developing strategies for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and motivate team members to meet company objectives
- Provide training and support to enhance team performance
- Monitor team members' progress and provide constructive feedback
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow
- Report on team progress, challenges, and successes to upper management

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Experience in project management is preferred
- Fluency in English (Portuguese or Spanish is an asset)
- Valid work permit or the ability to obtain one
