Office Assistant - Jeddah
We are a fast-paced office in Jeddah looking for a reliable and efficient Office Assistant to join our team. As an Indian national, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office staff and ensuring smooth daily operations. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing mail correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ordering new supplies as needed
- Organize and schedule appointments and meetings for office staff
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses
- Keep track of important deadlines and ensure timely completion of tasks
- Manage filing systems and update records as needed
- Help with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents
- Liaise with external vendors and clients as needed
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Proven experience working in an office environment is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
